Vodafone Turkey aims to transform into a next generation telecommunication company and become the country’s fastest growing digital services company by 2025, according to Engin Aksoy, CEO of Vodafone Turkey.
The company has invested TRY 1.9bn in the last year, as of May 31, and its total investments have reached TRY 26bn since 2006, according to Vodafone Turkey’s financial statement for April 2020-March 2021. V
odafone Turkey has also increased revenues by 15.4% to TRY 14.1bn, compared to last year with its number of mobile subscribers totaling 26.1 million.
The company’s postpaid subscribers has also jumped by nearly 1.1 million to 15.5 million in the last year.
“We’ve shifted to holding company structure to support the growth of our new business lines. Today, 10 companies operate under four main vertical firms within the body of Vodafone AS,” said Aksoy.
Vodafone Turkey operates over 23,000 4.5G communication points in 81 provinces in the country.
