Halkbank provided over TRY 1.1tr support for the national economy in the last four years, according to Osman Arslan, General Manager of Halkbank.
“We restructured Halkbank’s value offer method on the digitalization axis in order to meet the needs of customers,” said Arslan.
The number of members of the bank’s internet and mobile banking services exceeds 10 million.
Halkbank increased its asset size by 41% to TRY 692.9bn in Q1, compared to the same period of the previous year, while the bank’s total loans rose by 30.8% to TRY 577.7bn.
“Our bank grew by 37.6%, especially in TRY cash loans. We raised our total deposits by 44.1% to TRY 471.6bn,” said Arslan.
Halkbank also increased its total number of branches to 1,017 by launching 11 new branches in the last year.
