TOPGUL AND GUNDUZ BECOME DIRECTORS OF SAMSUNG ELECTRONICS TURKEY

Erbil Topgul has been appointed the After Sales Services Director and Erkut Gunduz has been appointed the E-commerce and Omni-channel Director of Samsung Electronics Turkey. Topgul has been responsible for customer services, after sales services and management of teams responsible for customer experience at international companies during his 16-year career. Topgul also has carried out various projects on customer experience development, productivity growth, alternative sales channels and customer satisfaction growth. Topgul previously worked as Head of Customer Experience Group at Samsung Electronics Turkey. Erkut Gunduz started his professional career as Exports Customer Representative and joined the Boyner Family in as Foreign Sales and Marketing Manager. Gunduz worked as Strategy and Business Development Manager, Exports Sales and Marketing Manager, E-commerce and Omni-channel Manager at Boyner, respectively. He continued his professional career as E-commerce Manager at Teknosa in 2016, before moving taking the E-Commerce Director position at MediaMarkt between 2017-2020. Prior to his new position, Gunduz has worked as E-commerce and Digital Marketing Manager at the Dubai-based Chalhoub Group.
