Nilufer Cevikel has been appointed the first female President of the Young Businesspeople Association of Turkey (TUGIAD) during the 18th General Assembly held with the participation of Prof. Dr. Mustafa Sentop, Speaker of the Parliament. “Our priority area will be digital transformation going forward, considered the basis of sustainable production and the new economy in line with the Green Deal,” said Cevikel, who also changed the word ‘businessmen’ to ‘businesspeople’ in the name of organization. Cevikel graduated from Uludag University’s Department of Business Administration. She also acts as the of the Board of Directors of Nil-San Tekstil.
