Vestel has become eligible to receive new funds with three projects from ‘Horizon 2020’, one of the largest research and innovation programs of the EU. Vestel will develop solutions to increase user experience and data security by developing Distributed Artificial Intelligence Systems (DAIS), one of the three projects, with 49 project partners from 11 countries. Vestel has many years of R&D experience and an innovation culture, according to Turan Erdogan, the CEO of Vestel. The company received the first round of funding from Horizon 2020 in September 2019. The company was included in the scope of the support with two more projects consisting of battery technologies and electric vehicle charging stations at the end of 2020.
