The Turkey’s Automobile Joint Venture Group (TOGG) will establish a firm in Germany, according to a statement from the company.
TOGG has applied to launch a company in Germany under the name of TOGG Europe GmbH.
The company will be 100% owned by TOGG, which will be located in the Digital Hub Stuttgart (de:hub).
TOGG Europe GmbH will carry out user researches in Stuttgart, according to the TOGG’s statement.
The company will also focus on the use-case mobility, a world trademark registered by TOGG worldwide, representing the user-oriented, smart, empathic, connected, autonomous, shared and electric mobility concepts.
“TOGG Europe will also be an important base for studies on the internet of things (IoT), big data, digital workforce and artificial intelligence (AI),” the statement said.
The company will develop mobility solutions towards user needs and expectations stemming from new trends, partnerships, and new business models in this field.
TOGG will start mass production in 2022, which will manufacture 5 different electric and connected models on the common platform by 2030.
