The Sweden-based security company Securitas aims to record an annual turnover of TRY 11bn in 2024, according to Murat Kosereisoglu, Country President of Securitas Turkey.
The company grew by 80% and hit a yearly turnover of over TRY 3bn last year. Securitas Turkey plans to end this year with a 75% growth, annual turnover of TRY 5.2bn, and around 22,000 employees.
“We aim to recruit over 2,500 people until the end of 2023 and around 2,000 people for 2024. Our investments will total TRY 11.2m in human resources this year. That excludes salaries,” said Kosereisoglu.
The company has allocated TRY 6.2m this year for training.
