Boehringer Ingelheim has appointed Gokhan Sezgin as the Africa Region Customer Experience Head. Sezgin will work from Dubai in his new position. After joining the Boehringer Ingelheim Turkey family in 2018 as Customer Experience Manager, Sezgin played an important role in establishment of the animal health department where he contributed to the development of many best practices in this field. Sezgin received his bachelor degree from Bilkent University’s Department of Industrial Engineering in 2009. He joined the pharmaceutical industry in 2014, working at Pfizer as Sales and Marketing Services Business Partner. He continued his career as Sales Effectiveness Manager for three years at Abbott.
