Sabanci Holding’s corporate venture capital fund, Sabanci Ventures, invested in the U.S.-based micro-mobility and last-mile delivery solutions developer Fernhay Solutions.
“Advanced materials and mobility are the primary fields in the transformation of the industry business line,” said Gokhan Eyigun, Group President of Strategy and Business Development of Sabanci Holding.
E-cargo bikes and eWalkers, developed by Fernhay Solutions jointly with UPS, travel on the roads of 20 cities in nine countries on three continents.
“To maintain our strategic collaboration will pave the way for Fernhay Solutions to penetrate the Turkish market,” said Bill Wachtel, Chairman of Fernhay Solutions.
