Borusan Holding’s logistics subsidiary, Borusan Lojistik, considers new acquisition opportunities. “
We are especially interested in companies that will contribute to our growth in technology and digitalization,” said Serdal Ercal, General Manager of Borusan Lojistik.
The company employs 4,000 people and has a daily distribution capacity of 8,000 points in Turkey.
It offers warehousing, special and partial transportation, customs clearance, land transportation, automotive logistics, vehicle stocking, and pre-delivery inspection (PDI) services with a closed and open area of 450,000 square meters and 28 transfer centers.
“We estimate to record an annual turnover of USD 684m this year,” Ercal added.
Borusan Lojistik’s international logistics operations have mainly focused on Europe, North America, the Middle East, Central Asia, and the Far East.
The company has offices in Germany and China. Domestic logistics operations account for around 60% of its turnover.
