Oykum Gulay has been appointed the Human Resources (HR) Coordinator of Securitas Turkey. Gulay joined the Securitas Turkey Family as Deputy HR Coordinator in November 2020. After receiving her bachelor degree from Ankara University’s Faculty of Law, Gulay started her professional career in the Industrial Relations and HR Department in Sabanci Holding’s subsidiary SASA DupontSA in 2001. Meanwhile, she completed her master’s degree in Management and Organization at Cukurova University.
Gulay worked as Senior HR Specialist at Sabanci Holding’s subsidiary Enerjisa Verbund between 2009- 2011. She continued her career as HR Manager at Nurus between 2011-
2016 and International Game Technology (IGT) between 2016-2020.
