MERVE BAYRAKCI BAYCAN NAMED HR DIRECTOR OF BETEK BOYA

Betek Boya has appointed Merve Bayrakci Baycan as Human Resources (HR) Director. Baycan has played an active role in human resources during the company ’s share transfer to the Asian paint company Nippon Paint. In her new position, Baycan will be responsible for managing all HR operations. Merve Bayrakci Baycan graduated from Uludag University’s Department of Labor Economics and Industrial Relations in 2004. Starting her professional career in 2005 at Betek Boya as HR Specialist, Baycan joined the Toyota Turkey HR Team in 2008, returning to Betek Boya in 2013 as HR Organizational Development Manager. Prior to her new position, Baycan worked as HR Manager.
