Kadir Sener has been appointed the Global Enterprise Technology Sales and Strategy Director at Microsoft as of March 1. Sener will lead Microsoft’s Technology Sales and Strategist Team in his new position. He will also be responsible for the expansion of Microsoft’s cloud and enterprise solutions across the world. Sener joined Microsoft in 2005 as Security Consultant for the Europe and Middle East Region. Entering the the pioneering sectors of digital services such as finance and telecom alongside public enterprises, Sener joined the Microsoft U.S. Team as Business Development Manager in 2007. He played an active role in Windows 7’s international characteristic features and Windows 8’s global planning. Returning Turkey in 2011, he worked as Datacenter and Cloud Business Lead and Windows and Devices Group Director, respectively. Sener began his role as Central and Eastern Europe Regional Cloud and Enterprise Group Director in 2016. Prior to his new position, Sener led the Middle East and Africa Regional Technology Strategy team responsible for corporate customers.
