Edenred has appointed Goksel Marangoz as the Chief Technical Officer (CTO) of the Northern Europe Region. Marangoz will be responsible for technology management of countries such as the UK, Sweden, Finland, Belgium, Germany and Austria. Marangoz has worked as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at the company since 2019 and has 20 years of experience in the information systems industry. Marangoz received his bachelor’s degree from Istanbul University’s Department of Computer Engineering and completed his master’s degree in Management Information Systems at Istanbul Technical University. He started his professional career as System Support Engineer at HP in 1999 and transferred to IBM Turkey as IT Specialist in 2005. He was also appointed the IT Security Coordinator at IBM Turkey and provided technology support to the company’s major customers including Finansbank, IKEA and Danone.
