Maher Yatirim Holding subsidiary’s operating in the financial insurance sector, Maher Sigorta Group, aims to directly enter the finance industry in the short term, according to Levent Ulucecen, CEO of Maher Yatirim Holding. The group, which is preparing to establish a financing company, will offer finance and insurance products for major projects, including urban transformation. Maher Sigorta Group manages around TRY 3.5bn in total assets with its two subsidiaries. The company aims to benefit from opportunities provided by the finance sector with its market knowledge, risk management experience, and balance sheet size.
