Altan Kolbay has been appointed the Government Relations Group Director of Aydem Enerji. Kolbay will be responsible for government relations of group companies under the umbrella of Aydem Enerji. Kolbay received his bachelor’s degree from Ankara University’s Department of International Relations and an Executive MBA at Middle East Technical University. Kolbay also completed his master’s degree in Communication Strategies and Public Relations at Galatasaray University and joined the International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) of the U.S. Department of State. Kolbay has 15 years of experience in public relations in the energy industry. He previously worked as Corporate Communications and Government Relations Manager and Member of the Executive Committee at Turcas Petrol.
