Dincer Logistics allocates TRY 100m budget for R&D

After investing TRY 60m in R&D processes in 2020, the logistics company Dincer Logistics has announced it will dedicate TRY 100m to R&D this year, according to Ozhan Findik, Director of Information Technologies and R&D. “Technologies such as demand estimation, planning, logistics simplification technologies, developing transportation systems, robotic manufacturing technologies, smart storage systems, order management systems and dynamic freight distribution systems form the backbone of logistics,” said Findik. As part of its investment, Dincer Logistics will develop innovative mobile applications and web-based technological structures specific to the sector. The company, which recently adopted Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sorter automation systems, benefits from Artificial Intelligence in its technology networks. Dincer Logistics will also invest in at least two startup projects this year.
