Novo Nordisk Turkey has appointed Kutay Kavukcu as Human Resources (HR) Senior Director. Kavukcu graduated from the Middle East Technical University’s Department of Economics in 1999 , graduating on the Dean’s honor list. Kavukcu completed the HR Management and Personnel Administration Specialization Program at Bogazici University and his master’s degree on Creative Leadership at Regent’s University London’s Faculty of Psychology and Psychotherapy. He started his professional career as auditor at Oyak Bank in 1999 and worked as HR Training Assistant Manager at the same bank between 2003-2004. Kavukcu continued his career as Training and HR Specialist at Siemens Turkey between 20042006 and as Deputy HR Manager at the Headquarter of Anadolu Group between 2006-2008. Joining the Novo Nordisk Family in 2008, Kavukcu worked at various executive positions until 2016. He joined TTM Associates Ltd as Director of Business Development responsible for the Middle East. He has previously worked as HR Manager responsible for Organizational Development and Projects at Shell Turkey.
