Altug Karagoz has been appointed the Deputy Director General of Euler Hermes Turkey. Karagoz graduated from Istanbul University’s Department of Economics. He started his professional career as Executive Candidate at Kocbank in 1997 and moved to Oyak Bank in 2006. Karagoz joined the Euler Hermes Turkey Family as Senior Risk Underwriter in 2007 and was promoted to Head of Risk Underwriting Group in 2012. After a decade in the Credit Intelligence department, he moved to Head of Distribution Channels Group between 2017 and 2021.
