Serkan Kaplan has been appointed Director at the Corporate Customers Department of the insurance brokering and risk management company Marsh Turkey. Kaplan received his bachelor degree from Marmara University’s Department of Insurance after he graduated from Kadikoy Anadolu High School. Kaplan started his professional career as customer services and sales specialist at Eureko Sigorta in 2003. He joined the Zurich Sigorta family in 2005 and worked as regional bank sales specialist/assistant manager, corporate branches assistant manager, corporate and commercial executive, and financial partnerships, agencies and broker sales coordinator, respectively.
