Schneider Electric has appointed Berna Galipoglu as the Turkey, Central Asia (CA), Pakistan Region Human Resources (HR) Vice President (VP). Galipoglu has 24 years of experience in HR notably in the pharmaceuticals and Information Technologies industries. Prior to her new position Galipoglu worked as Organizational Transformation and Leadership Couch providing consultancy services to international companies. Galipoglu graduated from Marmara University’s Department of Business Administration in 1998 and completed her master’s degree in HR Management at the same university in 2002. Starting her professional career as Organizational Development Generalist at Sanofi-Aventis Pharmaceuticals, she has also worked as HR Business Partner at Motorola Turkey. Galipoglu continued her career as HR Manager at Nycomed Pharmaceuticals and PharmaSwiss Pharmaceuticals, respectively. She joined Cisco Systems as Senior HR Manager in 2011. She has previously worked as HR Head at Gilead Sciences.
