Providing valuation services in the real estate industry since 2005, Denge Degerleme has launched its first international office in Netherlands, according to Baki Budakoglu, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Denge Degerleme. The company also has 10 offices in Turkey, including the major cities of Istanbul, Ankara and Izmir. “With our Amsterdam office launched in 2020, we became the first and only valuation company licensed by the Capital Markets Board of Turkey (SPK) opening a branch abroad,” said Budakoglu. Denge Degerleme has signed business partnership agreements with local companies in several European countries. The company carried out a property plant and equipment valuation of USD 16.3bn in 2020 with its team consisting of 300 people. “This corresponds to 44,478 reports annually. We grew by 30% and launched two regional offices in the country in 2020,” Budakoglu said.
