Providing high-tech products and services for the sheet metal processing and machining sector, Dener Group will invest USD 80m in modernization and capacity increases, according to Cemal Dener, CEO of the company. The company’s ‘engine’ subsidiary, Dener Makine, manufactures over 400 different machines in six main groups along with their subproducts. Dener, which also manufactures Computerized Numerical Control (CNC) Vertical Machining, CNC Lathes, and CNC Surface Grinding machines with its DnrDema brand at its subsidiary Taksan Makine, exports to nearly 100 countries around the world. “We are conducting R&D into tool machine manufacturing. 85% of our turnover consists of export figures,” said Dener, adding that they have plans to establish a company in India, Malaysia and Indonesia, following the U.S. and Germany.
