The takeover of Azerbaijan’s state lottery institution Azerlotereya to YMT Sans BV, the subsidiary of Demiroren Group, has reached the final stage. Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev signed the decree for Azerlotereya’s take over last week. Within the framework of the decree, Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Economy will approve the takeover of Azerlotereya by Demiroren Group’s Sans BV within two months. Azerolotereya recorded a turnover of TRY 265m (AZN 60m) in 2019. The company posted a profit of TRY 31m (AZN 7m). Caspian Tech CJSC, Lotto Yayim LLC, Mobil Loto LLC and Azerpoct LLC distribute tickets of Azerlotereya OJSC.
