Yorglass, the glass manufacturer for the home appliances industry, will begin exports to the U.S. market with an initial target of USD 12m, according to Semavi Yorgancilar, CEO of Yorglass. “We consider the U.S. market an important opportunity. The value-added product consumption based on regulations in the market makes it attractive,” said Yorgancilar. The company will begin with with cooking device glass before launching refrigerator shelf glass and other product groups. The move is expected to increase Yorgalss’ exports by 35%. It also has planse sell its products to Mexico in the upcoming period. Products of Yorglass are currently used in 60 countries on six continents.
