Home and professional appliances manufacturing company Vestel has reached an agreement with the Germany-based energy firm E.ON to produce electric vehicle charging devices. According to the agreement, E.ON will expand its EV charger portfolio to include new and state-of-art charging products manufactured in collaboration with Vestel. EV chargers manufactured by Vestel will be used at EV charging stations in Germany. “As a company, we incorporated the field of EV chargers into our investment plans long ago. As a result of this foresight, we have been able to establish many collaborations and agreements with companies abroad abroad,” said Turan Erdogan, CEO of Vestel. E.ON oversees approximately 28,000 EV charging points in Germany.
