Toygan Pulat has been appointed the Chief People •fficer of Arcelik. Pulat will be responsible for determination and implementation of the company’s Human Resources (HR) policies and strategies. Pulat received her bachelor’s degree from Middle East Technical University’s Department of Industrial Engineering and an MBA at Bilkent University before she completed HR Management training program at McMaster University in Canada. Pulat worked as HR specialist between 2000-2003 at Eli Lily and Company. She joined Carlsberg Group in 2003 and served as Turkey, Southeast Europe and Asia Regional HR Vice-President. Pulat served as Asia Pacific HR Director at Diageo prior to her new position.
