Tera Yatirim, the intermediary firm founded in 1990 in the financial markets sector, will establish an investment bank, according to Emre Tezmen, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tera Yatirim. “Carrying out capital market activities under the umbrella of investment banking contributes more to the economy,” said Tezmen. The company aims to provide intermediary services to neighboring countries, African countries, and Turkey for their overseas borrowing. “The investment bank will also contribute to the country by attracting more foreign direct investments,” said Tezmen.
