The management of the Credit Guarantee Fund (KGF) has been changed nearly after 7 months. Erdogan Ozegen, The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) General Administrative Council member, has been appointed the Chairman of the Board of Directors of KGF following its general assembly.
TOBB’s weight was zeroized in KGF after three TOBB representatives resigned their memberships of the 9-person board in September last year. Thus, the management has changed again nearly after 7 months in the KGF’s Board of Directors.
The number of members in the KGF management was reduced from 9 to 8 last year, but raised to 10. Three names kept their seats in the management, while seven new figures have joined the KGF management.
Accordingly, General Manager of the KGF Kasim Akdeniz, Head of the Central Finance and Contracts Hakan Erturk and Vice Chairman of the Small and Medium Enterprises Development Agency (KOSGEB) Recep Ali Erdogan kept their posts in the KGF management.
