Sercan Yayla has been appointed the Consumer Health Sales Director of Bayer. In his new position, Yayla will lead the sales department responsible for developing a customer-driven sales plan in line with the brand strategy. After joining the Bayer Family in 2019, he worked as trade marketing and sales innovation director and pharmacy channel sales manager, respectively. Yayla received his bachelor degree from Marmara University’s Department of Business Administration and a master’s degree in finance at Bilgi University. Yayla started his professional career in 2006. Alongside his professional experience abroad, he continued his career at companies such as GlaxoSmithKline and SC Johnson.
