Dedeman Hotels & Resorts International has appointed Sema Kayaciklioglu as its Human Resources Director. Kayaciklioglu will be responsible for all resources operations of Dedeman Hotels & Resorts International and its 17 hotels, 2 of which are abroad. Kayaciklioglu graduated from Kocaeli University’s Department of Business Administration and started her 25-year career as a Human Resources Specialist at Kibar Holding Hyundai Otomotiv San ve Tic. A.S in 1996. Before joining Dedeman, Kayaciklioglu worked in human resources at the executive level in different sectors and most recently served as Director of Human Resources of Accor Hotels in 2019.
