The UK-based international real estate consultancy company Savills signed a partnership and cooperation agreement with newly established (April 26, 2021) REinnov8 real estate consultancy company within the frame of its ongoing growth strategy in Europe, Middle East and Asian markets.
“We’ll provide support and services being in touch with users and investors with our growing regional context,” said James Sparrow, the UK and Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) CEO of Savills.
“The country’s large property market is transformed by cyclical and structural factors. Our collaboration will supply us with access to advice across the Savills network of over 600 offices in 70 countries,” said Tassos Kotzanastassis, Chairman of the Board of REinnov8.
“We’ll serve in line with Environmental, Social and Governance Criteria and world trends shaping real estate markets,” said Didem Erendil Turcan, Board Member of REinnov8.
