RHI Magnesita NV acquires 85.22% stake in SORMAS Sogut Refrakter Malzemeleri AS, a Turkish producer of refractories for a consideration of EUR 38.8m.
The acquisition will expand RHI Magnesita’s locally manufactured product portfolio and serve as a production hub and platform for business growth in Turkey and the wider region, the company said.
