The U.S.-based strategic consultancy and investment company NMS Consulting will become partners with the Istanbul-based consultancy company Softeconomics Yazilim ve Danismanlık and its subsidiary Softforay Digital Donusum. The name of Softforay will be changed as NMS Consulting Turkey AS following the share transfer.
“Our global access has expanded to 15 offices with the inclusion of Softforay to our structure,” said Trevor Saliba, Managing Partner of NMS Consulting.
With the partnership, NMS Consulting will be able to penetrate the Turkish market will access to the Middle Eastern and Eastern European markets. The NMS-Softforay partnership will provide an important support to European and Middle Eastern costumers of NMS, according to Saliba.
Founded by Aykut Cakir, Softforay offers services such as fiscal analysis and reporting, management and consultancy. If the agreement is signed by the parties, Cakir will be appointed as the head of Turkey operation and become a partner of NMS Consulting.
On the other hand, NMS operates in various fields including acquisition processes of companies, automotive, cyber security, energy, finance, transportation and public services industries. The company has operations and offices in India, Germany, Japan, France and China as well as the U.S. and Canada. The company entered the ‘Top 50 Fastest Growing Companies’ list of The Silicon Review, business administration and technology magazine, in 2019.
