Fuzul Group subsidiary Nevita, which has brought the equivalent of TRY 10bn in foreign currency to Turkey over the last seven years, plans to attract over USD 1m in foreigner real estate sales with its new brand, Nevita Luxe, according to Faruk Akbal, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Nevita.
The company has added to its portfolio luxury projects such as Seapearl Atakoy and Onaltidokuz Istanbul located in Zeytinburnu Istanbul and made TRY 100m in reservations in three months. It also sold TRY 450m in real estate in six months.
Nevita has also put into use its New Inn brand to operate under the umbrella of Nevita Luxe.
“With our New Inn brand, we aim to increase Nevita Luxe’s turnover to TRY 1.2bn in 2023. Moreover, the standard organization of Nevita will also continue. We aim to reach an annual turnover of TRY 1bn there,” said Akbal.
