Senkron Energy Digital Services to partner with Microsoft
This collaboration also includes the launch of Senkron Energy Digital Services’ digital products and services. Under the agreement, Senkron Energy Digital Services will partner with Microsoft for AI-powered renewable energy generation. The partnership will develop new technologies and business models and enable both parties to leverage each other’s strengths in industry and technology.
Enerjisa Üretim, which manages its portfolio with digital power plant management, including AI-powered efficiency, maintenance and OT security, will make these products, services and know-how available to energy companies through Senkron Energy Digital Services for a more sustainable and greener future.
The cooperation also includes the roll-out of a new Generative AI-based “OnePact AI” application in the energy sector to increase efficiency in renewable energy generation and contribute to the development of the sector.
“It opens the doors to a new era”
Speaking about the cooperation, Sabancı Holding Energy Group President Kivanc Zaimler said, “As Enerjisa Üretim, we have been cooperating and collaborating with Microsoft in different fields for a long time. This strategic cooperation, which we have realized in line with our Digital Enerjisa Üretim vision and our position of being a producer rather than a consumer of technology, opens the doors to a new era in the energy sector.
“A demonstration of our commitment to using AI”
Ralph Haupter, President of Microsoft EMEA, said: “Climate change is the most important issue of our time and tackling it will require rapid, collective action and technical innovation. At Microsoft, we continue to accelerate progress through AI-powered solutions to realize our sustainability goals and support our stakeholders in this regard. The partnership we announced with Enerjisa Üretim at COP28 is a demonstration of our commitment to using AI to promote sustainable renewable energy production.”
