MAXION INCI WHEEL GROUP INVESTS TRY 250M

Maxion Wheels and Inci Holding’s joint venture, Maxion Inci Wheel Group has invested TRY 250m to establish a new production plant. The group plans to increase the annual production capacity of heavy and commercial wheels up to nearly 13 million. The new investment is expected to produce USD 60m in additional sales and USD 50m in additional exports. The facility will have advanced Industry 4.0 applications as well as advanced automation. The new facility has been set up in Manisa Organized Industrial Zone (OIZ) on a total area of 21,000 square meters, including an indoor area of 18,000 square meters. and infrastructure work on the new heavy and commercial wheel manufacturing facility have been completed. The facility is expected to become operational in 2022. 80 people will be employed in the first phase.
