Koc Holding has joined the global backers of the Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures (TCDF), a framework established by the G20’s Financial Stability Board, in line with its roadmap to become carbon neutral by 2050. “The TCDF offers an invaluable framework to guide our group’s journey towards a low carbon-economy. We are focused on projects that will propel us among the global leaders in the cultural transformation to a climate conscious society,” said Levent Cakiroglu, CEO of Koc Holding. The TCFD aims to guide companies to manage climate-related risks and opportunities, to set targets in this direction, and to share the progress achieved by companies with their stakeholders. Koc Holding will share the details of its carbon transformation roadmap with the public in the upcoming period, according to Cakiroglu.
