The rapid grocery service Getir and Isbank have entered into a strategic business partnership for GetirFinans, which Getir is preparing to launch to serve users in the finance industry.
As part of the partnership, Isbank will invest USD 50m in Getir Finance and hold a 20% share in the company.
“We aim to offer a new mobile banking experience for users prone to digital products and applications by adding financial products with GetirFinans,” said Nazim Salur, Founder of Getir.
GetirFinans will offer services within the scope of service model banking. GetirFinans will operate following permissions and approvals from legal authorities.
The valuation of GetirFinans has reached USD 250m with the support of the first funding by Isbank.
