The personalized, multi-channel customer experience platform Insider, which recently became Turkey’s first software unicorn, aims to enter new markets, according to Hande Cilingir, Founding Partner and CEO of Insider.
“We grew rapidly in Asia, Europe, Australia, and South America. We aim to carry the same pace to the U.S. market. We are focused on introducing Insider to new markets and a wider audience,” said Cilingir.
Insider, which exports its technology, produced 100% by Turkish engineers, to 28 countries, is the software partner of global brands such as Samsung, GAP, MAC, and Santander.
The company tripled its growth in the last three years and plans to create more than 2,000 jobs in the next four years.
