Osman Cenk Akin has been appointed as General Manager for BELTUR, the tourism and gastronomy subsidiary of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality since 1997. Akin graduated from Istanbul Technical University in 1989 and received an MBA degree from San Francisco University. Akin has worked for 29 years as External Workshop Production Manager of Vakko, as Business Development Manager of Boyner Group’s company LOM and as Country Manager responsible for operation processes of textile retail stores at Shaya. He rejoined the Boyner family in the end of 2003 as Deputy General Manager responsible for operational processes and headed C&A’s Turkey operations in 2009. He worked as General Manager of Istanbul Doors D-ream, Eataly and BigChefs between 2011-2020, respectively.
