The UK-based business and finance magazine World Finance has named Garanti BBVA the ‘Best Retail Bank’ in Turkey for the seventh consecutive year and the ‘Best Retail Bank’ in Europe for the fourth successive year. “We’ve adopted a humandriven and user-friendly approach to interacting with our customers mainly through our digital channels,” said Mahmut Akten, Executive Vice President of Garanti BBVA. The bank offers easy, fast and safe banking experiences through its newly-developed remote and contactless credit card application and customer processes. Garanti BBVA also considers financial health as the most important strategic priority. “As always, we’ll continue to offer the best in the upcoming period with our customer-driven focus,” said Akten.
