Eczacibasi Holding launched the fifth phase of its ceramic sanitary ware and built-in reservoir factory in Bozuyuk, bringing the annual production capacity to 6.4 million units.
The total investment will reach EUR 76.5m when all phases of the factory are completed. Industry and Technology Minister Fatih Kacir, Bilecik Governor Sefik Aygol, Bozuyuk Mayor Mehmet Talat Bakkalcioglu, Eczacibasi Holding Chairman Bulent Eczacibasi, Board Member Emre Eczacibasi, Group CEO Atalay Gumrah, and Eczacibasi Building Products CEO Ozgen Ozkan attended the inauguration ceremony.
The holding company plans to invest EUR 2bn and raise its annual revenues to EUR 5bn by 2028.
“EUR 500m of the investment will be made in the healthcare business line. We have also allocated EUR 150m for inorganic growth in the ceramics business line,” said Atalay Gumrah.
Eczacibasi Holding estimates to end 2023 with over EUR 2bn turnover, EUR 520m of which will come from the ceramics business line.
