Gilead has appointed Tahsin Gokcem Ozcagli as Medical Director. Prior to his new position, Ozcagli has worked as medical relations director at Gilead Turkey. In his new position, he will manage medical relations of the company’s operations in Eastern Europe covering 12 countries. Ozcagli completed his doctoral degree in pharmacology at Gazi University after receiving his bachelor’s degree from Ege University’s Faculty of Medicine. He began his professional career as a teaching assistant at the University of Alberta in Canada and joined the Novartis Family in 2005. Ozcagli continued his professional career as group medical director and Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) area medical director at Abbott.
