Fulya Dolkan has been appointed the Human Resources (HR) Strategic Partnership Team Leader for Johnson & Johnson Northern Europe (the UK, Ireland, and Scandinavia). Prior to her new position, Dolkan worked as HR Leader at the company and acted as Leadership Team member at the company’s pharmaceutical subsidiary Janssen Turkey. In her new position, Dolkan will manage HR strategic initiatives across the company’s Northern Europe organization, contribute to strong business results with the agile implementation of the company’s priorities within the frame of its commercial and geographical goals. Dolkan joined the Johnson&Johnson family in 2009 after working in various HR positions at international companies such as P&G, Petrobas and BNP Paribas.
