Rosan Dilek has been appointed the Marketing and Strategy Assistant General Manager of AgeSA, the Sabanci Holding subsidiary operating in the insurance industry. Dilek, who received her bachelor’s degree from Mimar Sinan University’s Department of Urban and Regional Planning, started her professional career in the media sector. She completed her master’s degree in Science, Society and Technology at Istanbul Technical University and Louis Pasteur University after she worked in different newspapers and magazines. She also received a second master’s degree in Management Research at Oxford University in 2003. Dilek, who joined the AgeSA in 2012 as Strategy and Change Management Consultant, has worked as Business and Product Development Division Manager at the company since 2017.
