Tugba Camli Canturk has been appointed Global Advocacy Relations Director of Amgen Turkey. Canturk will work with the teams around the world to adapt corporate and therapeutic strategies in the company’s key countries. Canturk, who has 17 years of experience in communication, patient relations, advocacy, and corporate citizenship, received her bachelor degree from Bogazici University’s Department of Tourism Management. She received a second bachelor degree in Canada from Saint Mary’s University’s Department of Business Administration, and an MBA at the same university. Canturk worked in various positions, such as internal communication, brand communication, corporate communication, and patient relations manager at different pharmaceutical companies including Sanofi, Abbvie and GSK. Prior to her new position, she worked as Corporate Affairs Senior Manager at Amgen Turkey.
