Arkas Holding’s logistics subsidiary Arkas Lojistik has acquired an 80% share in the India-based logistics firm Fretlog.
“We aim to position ourselves strongly and firmly on the trade flow route from Southeast Asia to the Gulf countries, from Europe to the U.S.,” Arkas Holding Logistics Group President Onur Gocmez said.
The buying will facilitate Arkas Lojistik’s national and international customers’ access to the U.S. and Asian markets.
“Corrios has always focused on linking India with Europe and the U.S. in the global geopolitics. Being in India will give us great strength,” said Arkas Holding Vice Chairwoman Diane Arcas Gocmez.
