Industrial production increased by 2.5% in November, following contractions over the previous two months, marking the strongest growth in the past six months.
According to November 2025 Industrial Production data released by the Turkish Statistical Institute (TurkStat), when subsectors of industry (2021=100 reference year) are examined, the mining and quarrying index rose by 0.2% year on year, the manufacturing index increased by 2.7%, while the electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply index declined by 2% in November 2025.
On a month on month basis, the mining and quarrying index fell by 4.8%, the manufacturing index increased by 3.1%, and the electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply index decreased by 0.5% in November 2025.
